Sparkling Sake
I unfortunately forget the name, but I really enjoyed this sparkling sake.

Gyoza
Not my favorite item on the menu, but it was still good. I prefer starting with the Steamed Shumai.

Tonkotsu
Absolutely delicious as always. The homemade noodles are fantastic and this ramen dish is full of rich, wonderful flavor.

If I have to
Never again

The meals are a bit rich so I don’t frequent Slurping Turtle, but when I am craving a hearty noodle dish this is where I head. The friendly, knowledgable staff doesn’t hurt either.

I like Slurping Turtle, but their food is practically subpar compared to their partner, Takashi! And plus, you may see Chef Takashi manning the line!

Thanks for the tip, I haven’t tried Takashi yet but really need to get there! What dish would you recommend? I actually saw Chef Takashi manning the line at Slurping Turtle when it first opened, I love when you see that much passion in a chef.
